Participate in the research
Share your experience. Help shape what we learn next.
Future of Selling develops through conversations with organisations, researchers and practitioners who are seeing B2B customer value change in the field.
Participation is not a sales process. We listen to your experience, compare it with the wider evidence, and agree separately what—if anything—may be used in the research.
Who can participate
Different perspectives strengthen the programme
Organisations
Share experience and gain perspective
Tell us how customer needs, buying behaviour or value propositions are changing in your market. A research conversation can help you compare your organisation’s experience with patterns emerging elsewhere.
Academics
Extend, test or challenge the research
We welcome academics and research institutions interested in comparative studies, methodological collaboration, framework validation, publications or extending the empirical base into new sectors and regions.
Consultants & practitioners
Contribute evidence from application
Consultants and practitioners can contribute cases, observations from implementation, critiques of the frameworks, and evidence about where the research does—or does not—fit organisational reality.
Ways to contribute
- Participate in an interview or research conversation
- Suggest or develop an organisational case
- Join a focused research roundtable
- Review or challenge an emerging framework
- Test a research artefact or diagnostic
What participants can expect
- A thoughtful conversation about your context
- Insight into relevant patterns from the wider research
- Clear agreement about confidentiality and attribution
- No obligation to purchase consulting, education or software
- An opportunity to challenge what the programme currently believes
A growing research ecosystem
Knowledge develops through collaboration
We are developing a public view of the Future of Selling ecosystem: research leadership, academic partners, contributing organisations, practitioners and implementation partners. Organisations and individuals will only be named with their permission. Current academic relationships are introduced on the About page.
